We offer professional services in cybersecurity, including Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management, and other services detailed in the services section of our website.

We ensure complete transparency regarding the scope of work, deliverables, and timelines before the commencement of any engagement.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued upon service initiation or completion. Payments must be made within 5 days from the invoice date using accepted methods such as PhonePe Business UPI, bank transfer, wire transfer, Remitly, etc.

In case of delayed or ignored payments, services may be suspended until full payment is received.

4. No Refund or Return Policy

As a service provider, we do not offer refunds or returns once services are initiated or delivered. We are committed to delivering high-quality services with integrity and professionalism.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and reports with strict confidentiality. Our clients' security reports and information are handled securely, and we sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) before beginning any engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
